O deputado federal do PSOL Jean Wyllys foi nomeado um dos ativistas pelos direitos LGBT com influ\u00eancia positiva em todo o mundo, chamados de “her\u00f3is LGBT”. A homenagem foi feita pelo jornal brit\u00e2nico The Guardian,\u00a0em publica\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00faltima semana.<\/p>\n

Nos \u00faltimos anos, a popula\u00e7\u00e3o LGBT\u00a0conquistou uma s\u00e9rie de vit\u00f3rias em seus direitos no mundo inteiro, sendo grande\u00a0parte disso consequ\u00eancia da milit\u00e2ncia e do intenso trabalho de pessoas ligadas\u00a0\u00e0 causa. Nesse contexto, o The Guardian, que tem produzido o LGBT Chance, s\u00e9rie de mat\u00e9rias especiais sobre\u00a0o trabalho de ativistas LGBT em todo mundo<\/a><\/span><\/strong>,\u00a0“quis\u00a0reconhecer as pessoas por tr\u00e1s disso”, em suas pr\u00f3prias palavras, e pediu para que seus leitores indicassem os her\u00f3is que est\u00e3o fazendo mudan\u00e7as reais nos lugares em que moram.<\/p>\n

“Jean Wyllys tem uma hist\u00f3ria de envolvimento com justi\u00e7a social, educa\u00e7\u00e3o pela cidadania e valor da vida e pelo reconhecimento de liberdades civis, que remontam \u00e0 sua adolesc\u00eancia. Ele participou em a\u00e7\u00f5es que combatem homofobia, intoler\u00e2ncia e fundamentalismo religioso, descrimina\u00e7\u00e3o contra minorias religiosas, trabalho escravo, explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes e viol\u00eancia contra a mulher”, escreveu Marcos.<\/p>\n

Embora o t\u00edtulo dado \u00e0 lista classifique os nominados como her\u00f3is, Wyllys declarou nas redes sociais que n\u00e3o tem “voca\u00e7\u00e3o para o hero\u00edsmo”. “Eu sou demasiado humano, tenho defeitos, cometo erros e \u00e9 assim que gosto de me apresentar e me mostrar para voc\u00eas”, disse. Por fim, agradecendo a seu eleitorado, que o possibilitou ocupar o cargo na C\u00e2mara Federal e lutar pelos direitos LGBT, Jean completou: “essa conquista tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 de voc\u00eas”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
