Na decis\u00e3o, com sete pontos, o Facebook fica obrigado a:<\/p>\n<p>1. Retirar do ar, em at\u00e9 24 horas, todas as publica\u00e7\u00f5es apontadas na inicial, excluindo publica\u00e7\u00f5es que ofendam a intimidade, honra e a imagem de Marielle Franco;<\/p>\n<p>2. Se abster de publicar ou republicar documentos ou novos posts id\u00eanticas as j\u00e1 apontadas;<\/p>\n<p>3. Utilizar todos os meios, equipamentos, pessoas e recursos necess\u00e1rios para filtrar e coibir outros posts, publica\u00e7\u00f5es e imagens do mesmo teor;<\/p>\n<p>4. Informar os perfis e pessoas que publicaram ofensas \u00e0 mem\u00f3ria de Marielle, ainda que seus autores j\u00e1 tenham apagado a publica\u00e7\u00e3o, pois o Facebook tem a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de manter essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es em seu banco de dados;<\/p>\n<p>5. Informe se os perfis de Luciano Ayan, Luciano Henrique Ayan e do Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL) patrocinaram os posts que impulsionaram a onda de fake news;<\/p>\n<p>6. Identifique se os perfis apontados na inicial s\u00e3o certificados ou s\u00e3o falsos, e se forem falsos, que sejam exclu\u00eddos;<\/p>\n<p>7. Informar os IPs e usu\u00e1rios que postaram publica\u00e7\u00f5es criminosas, para que as autoras venham a acion\u00e1-los e responsabiliz\u00e1-los civil e criminalmente.<\/p>\n<p>Os alvos da a\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a foram sete memes que foram exaustivamente republicados na rede social, bem como nove p\u00e1ginas\u00a0p\u00fablicas que compartilharam as publica\u00e7\u00f5es atentat\u00f3rias \u00e0 honra, dignidade e mem\u00f3ria de Mairelle Franco.
