Se a mat\u00e9ria for aprovada, na segunda-feira, o valor da passagem cai mais 2,5%. Na mesma a\u00e7\u00e3o popular, os vereadores pedem que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m seja calculada sobre o valor vigente, de R$ 2,85. Com as duas isen\u00e7\u00f5es, a tarifa chega a R$ 2,67, conforme Ruas.&nbsp;\u201cEsse \u00e9 o valor que precisa ser praticado imediatamente, sob pena de ocorrer um enriquecimento sem causa para os empres\u00e1rios de \u00f4nibus, o que a lei pro\u00edbe e n\u00f3s n\u00e3o podemos admitir\u201d, frisou.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de lucros aos cofres p\u00fablicos<\/strong><br \/>\n\tOs vereadores v\u00e3o ingressar ainda com a\u00e7\u00f5es a fim de que a diferen\u00e7a obtida pelas empresas de \u00f4nibus durante os 12 dias em que a passagem custou R$ 3,05 seja devolvida aos cofres p\u00fablicos. Conforme levantamento do vereador, as empresas lucraram cerca de R$ 260 mil por dia com a passagem custando R$ 0,20 a mais. O total pode ultrapassar os R$ 3,1 milh\u00f5es. O valor permaneceu em R$ 3,05 entre 25 de mar\u00e7o e 5 de abril.<\/p>\n<p>\tUm outro recurso solicitando a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do lucro obtido pelas empresas desde 31 de maio, quando a Uni\u00e3o anunciou o corte de Pis e Cofins, tamb\u00e9m deve ser protocolado na Justi\u00e7a. Como a Prefeitura ainda n\u00e3o adotou a medida, o prazo a ser cobrado segue em aberto. Os dois tributos equivalem a 3,6% do pre\u00e7o total da passagem.
