Para ele, o voto secreto no Legislativo \u00e9 sempre ambivalente e traz n\u00e3o somente benef\u00edcios, como tamb\u00e9m malef\u00edcios, que se manifestam \u201cdevido \u00e0 cultura da demagogia, da desonestidade intelectual e da covardia populista\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\t\u201cH\u00e1 uma cultura de transpar\u00eancia se impondo aos poderes p\u00fablicos e essa cultura tem uma dimens\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica\u201d, disse Wyllys. \u201cN\u00f3s devemos abra\u00e7ar essa cultura e n\u00e3o recha\u00e7\u00e1-la. O eleitorado pode fazer suas escolhas a partir das posi\u00e7\u00f5es claras de seus representantes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\tUma mo\u00e7\u00e3o de rep\u00fadio \u00e0s den\u00fancias de espionagem de ag\u00eancias norte-americanas tamb\u00e9m foi pauta da reuni\u00e3o. N\u00e3o havendo consenso entre os l\u00edderes, ela ser\u00e1 submetida \u00e0s respectivas bancadas, para ser votada ainda hoje em Plen\u00e1rio.
