\n\tO deputado Chico Alencar (PSOL-RJ) protocolou, no \u00faltimo dia 20, na Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCJ) da C\u00e2mara, requerimento para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica que vai debater o projeto que atribui \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Comum a compet\u00eancia pra julgar militares por crimes dolos cometidos contra civis. Hoje, os militares, que praticaram crime estando ou n\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o, s\u00e3o julgados pela Justi\u00e7a Militar.

\n\tO Projeto de Lei 7779, de autoria de Chico Alencar, foi apresentado em agosto de 2010 e desde outubro daquele ano est\u00e1 parado na CCJ. \u201cAmplos setores da sociedade brasileira t\u00eam demandado, h\u00e1 anos e mais ainda desde junho do ano passado, a desmilitariza\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edcia. O projeto busca contribuir com um dos importantes aspectos da desmilitariza\u00e7\u00e3o: o julgamento ison\u00f4mico, pela Justi\u00e7a Comum, de crimes comuns cometidos por militares. Est\u00e1 em sintonia, assim, com essa luta cidad\u00e3\u201d, explica o deputado.

\n\tDe acordo com o projeto \u2013 que altera o C\u00f3digo Penal Militar e o C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal Militar, ambos de 1969 \u2013, a Justi\u00e7a Comum passa a ter compet\u00eancia para processar e julgar os crimes dolosos cometidos por militares contra civis, quando estejam previstos na lei penal comum, como estupros, roubos e assassinatos. \u00c0 Justi\u00e7a Militar caberia julgar oficiais e pra\u00e7as acusados de crimes tipicamente militares, como motim e insubordina\u00e7\u00e3o.

\n\tPara a audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica, o deputado Chico Alencar prop\u00f4s que sejam convidados Darlan Menezes Abrantes, ex-policial militar e autor do livro \u201cMilitarismo: Um sistema arcaico de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica\u201d; Kenarik Boujikian, desembargadora no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de S\u00e3o Paulo e presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Ju\u00edzes para a Democracia; Givanildo Manoel, integrante do Comit\u00ea pela Desmilitariza\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia e da Pol\u00edtica; e Eliane Brum, jornalista e escritora.<\/div>\n
