Mais de cinco anos ap\u00f3s esse terr\u00edvel crime que abalou o pa\u00eds e o mundo, o an\u00fancio feito pelo Ministro da Justi\u00e7a, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, representa um avan\u00e7o na luta pela responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>Marielle Franco, mulher negra, ativista dos direitos humanos e defensora incans\u00e1vel das minorias, foi covardemente assassinada no Rio de Janeiro, em 14 de mar\u00e7o de 2018. Junto a ela, tamb\u00e9m perdemos Anderson Gomes, motorista que compartilhava dos ideais e causas de Marielle. Desde ent\u00e3o, suas fam\u00edlias e a sociedade clamam por justi\u00e7a e por respostas para esse crime hediondo.<\/p>\n<p>O an\u00fancio feito hoje pelo Ministro Fl\u00e1vio Dino representa uma esperan\u00e7a de que a impunidade n\u00e3o prevalecer\u00e1. O compromisso declarado de refor\u00e7ar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e intensificar os esfor\u00e7os para esclarecer os fatos \u00e9 um sinal positivo e necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>O PSOL sempre reivindicou uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o imparcial, livre de interfer\u00eancias pol\u00edticas, o que n\u00e3o havia sido poss\u00edvel durante todo o governo de Jair Bolsonaro. \u00c9 fundamental que as autoridades garantam a independ\u00eancia e os recursos necess\u00e1rios para que os investigadores possam conduzir seu trabalho com rigor e autonomia, visando a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e puni\u00e7\u00e3o dos respons\u00e1veis, considerando n\u00e3o apenas os executores materiais, mas tamb\u00e9m os mandantes e poss\u00edveis conex\u00f5es que possam explicar as motiva\u00e7\u00f5es por tr\u00e1s deste crime.<\/p>\n<p>Reiteramos nosso apoio e solidariedade \u00e0s fam\u00edlias de Marielle Franco e Anderson Gomes, que t\u00eam carregado um fardo insuport\u00e1vel desde aquele fat\u00eddico dia.
